How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order sent within the USA, Alaska and Hawaii included. For more information about shipping please see our Shipping Policy.

Is it possible to return an order?
Of course, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after the 30-day period won’t be accepted. Please check our Return and Refund Policy for more information.

How long does it take to prepare and ship an order?
Processing your order usually takes 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday). Once dispatched, the delivery generally takes 5 - 7 business days (Monday - Friday).

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please take photos of the item and email them to us at support@nookory.com. We will investigate and arrange for the correct item or a replacement.
