How to Return an Item

To return an item, first email support@nookory.com with your order number and reason for return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Wait for approval, as your request will be reviewed and return instructions provided. Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging, and pack it securely for transit. Finally, ship it back at your own cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days. No restocking fees apply.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us at support@nookory.com as soon as possible. We can typically cancel orders before processing or dispatch begins. Once processing starts or the order ships, cancellations aren't possible, and you'll need to follow our return procedure after delivery.
